Two years ago, we fell in love with the stunning ocean views from our top-floor condo, leading us to acquire a second unit for family and friends. For those interested, our other property can be found listed as Property #1475517, located in condo D36.

This modern and fully private condo is situated on the top floor of a three-story building, guaranteeing unmatched tranquility and security, along with breathtaking ocean vistas. The true essence of an oceanfront condo is captured here—you'll find that actual oceanfront units are rare at Kona Reef, particularly in buildings A and D, making ours an exceptional choice.

Your accommodation is conveniently close to the pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area, yet positioned just far enough to avoid any noise disruptions. Please note there is an elevator to access the top floor, though you will need to ascend an additional nine steps.
